Questions about Service Connect in Wicklow
Can I find a gardener in Wicklow through Service Connect?

Will providers come out to homes in the Wicklow Mountains?
That is up to each provider, since providers choose the counties and areas they cover. Post the job with your area and nearest town, mention any access issues, and allow some flexibility on dates.
When is my card charged?
Only when a provider accepts your booking, not when you send the request. Stripe processes the card inside the app and holds the payment until the job is complete. If the booking is cancelled before work starts, your full payment, fee included, is refunded.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If either side asks to cancel before work starts, the booking is cancelled when the other person agrees, or automatically after three days, and your full payment, fee included, is refunded.
