Why find a tutor through Service Connect
Finding the right tutor is as much about fit as it is about subject knowledge. You want someone your child (or you) will actually get on with and make progress with. Service Connect lets you describe exactly what you're looking for, from subject and level to exam board if relevant, so the tutors who respond are the ones who genuinely teach that area.
It covers everything from Junior and Leaving Cert grinds to adult learners picking up a new subject or skill. You can see a tutor's background and reviews from other students or parents on their profile, and message them directly to ask about their approach or availability before booking a first session.
Sessions are arranged and paid for through the app, so there's a clear record of what's booked and when. If you need to cancel before a session starts, your whole payment, fee included, is refunded.

Can I book regular weekly sessions?
Yes. Mention in your job post that you're looking for an ongoing arrangement, and agree the schedule directly with the tutor once you've booked.
Are tutors qualified in the subjects they teach?
Tutors set out their background and experience on their profile, and reviews from other students or parents are visible before you book. Feel free to ask about specific qualifications or exam experience through in-app messaging.
Are sessions in-person or online?
Depends on the tutor. Check their profile or ask directly, as many offer both options.
What does Service Connect charge?
Posting a job and getting quotes is free. Service Connect adds a small buyer protection fee when you book, shown before you confirm, and the whole payment is refunded if the booking is cancelled before work starts.
