There's no pressure and no upfront cost to post a job or compare quotes. You only pay when you book, securely through Stripe inside the app, and if your plans change before work starts, your whole payment, fee included, comes back to you.

Are electricians on Service Connect qualified?
Electricians verify their identity through Stripe before taking on jobs, and can upload their qualifications for you to see. We don't check those qualifications ourselves, so for any notifiable or safety-critical work, always ask to see relevant qualifications and check reviews before booking. The app's messaging makes this easy to do upfront.
Can I get an electrician for an emergency, like no power?
Mark your job as urgent when you post it so nearby electricians can see it needs a fast response. Response times still depend on who's available in your area at the time.
Is there a callout fee to post a job?
No. Posting a job and getting quotes is free. Service Connect adds a small buyer protection fee when you book, shown before you confirm, and the whole payment is refunded if the booking is cancelled before work starts.
Which counties have electricians on Service Connect?
Providers are spread across Ireland. Set your county and area in the app to see who's currently active near you.
